This September, I’ve been invited to join the Climb for Hope Kilimanjaro expedition through Teddy Bear Crawl and Dealers of Hope, an initiative raising awareness and support around childhood suicide prevention.

 

This is not simply a personal adventure.

 

It is a mission connected to hope, advocacy, and showing up for something larger than myself.

 

As an endurance athlete, personal trainer, and someone who believes challenge can carry meaning beyond the individual, this opportunity immediately resonated.

 

Kilimanjaro is a serious undertaking. The expedition itself includes international travel, required gear, altitude preparation, medical and travel logistics, and associated expedition costs.
